At The Bong Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been used or handled.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and within the 30-day window from the date of delivery.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are unused, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
